Water Damage Vermiculite is highly susceptible to water damage and can come away from the cement ceiling slab and fall off if it is ever exposed to water. Even a small leak in the ceiling can cause your vermiculite to stain, crumble and fall.

Should your vermiculite ceiling require repairs due to water damage or any other reason, our professional staff can undertake repairs using asbestos-free raw vermiculite.

Appearance Please be aware that the colour of the asbestos-free raw vermiculite we use may not exactly match the colour of the existing vermiculite in your ceiling.

If it does not, we recommend our exclusive four coat Durobond Vermiculite Recoat System which recoat your dull, dark vermiculite ceiling in a bright, white finish.
